2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process identification and contact details you submit, project and message content, consent choices, and technical information such as IP address, user agent, referrer and request metadata needed for security and operation.
Campaign identifiers and optional measurement or marketing data are processed only when the relevant consent has been granted.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- security, abuse prevention and service continuity: legitimate interests and technical necessity;
- compliance with legal obligations and defence of legal claims, where applicable;
- analytics and measurement: consent, where required;
- marketing communications and advertising measurement: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Service providers and recipients
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile and infrastructure, and Aruba for email delivery. Where activated through Google Tag Manager and allowed by your choices, measurement or marketing services may include Google Analytics / Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot and YouTube external media.
These providers process data under their own terms and, where they act as processors, under the applicable contractual safeguards.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are handled using the safeguards available under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to manage the request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards where necessary for legal, accounting or defence purposes. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer needed for that purpose. Consent choices stored on the device are refreshed after 180 days or earlier if the processing conditions change.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
