The context
Meridiana District is a mixed-use development in Lecce, created for Pezzuto Group. Our work focused on the design of the building’s double-skin façade, conceived as a new architectural layer capable of interacting with the existing elevations while contributing to a more contemporary, distinctive identity aligned with the project’s positioning.
Challenge & output.
Challenge
The challenge was to transform the overall perception of the building without altering its original architectural design, working through a double-skin façade system capable of introducing greater dynamism, depth and character. The project therefore focused on the development of this new external envelope, together with the rooftop canopy elements, designed to strengthen the building’s visual identity and enhance its positioning as a mixed-use destination for offices, services and new urban functions. At the same time, we developed the entire visual identity and managed the project’s communication across all touchpoints, including the production and on-site delivery of sales materials and signage.
