The context
MOMA is a large seafront residential project developed in Giulianova, in Abruzzo, for Passacqua Group. The complex is made up of two mirrored buildings, joined by a central square, and houses 76 apartments spread over six floors. Some residences face directly onto the sea, others toward the inland mountains, offering different panoramic perspectives and a landscape that changes with the light. Two underground levels host the private parking, completing a project designed to combine living quality, context and architectural identity.
Challenge & output.
Challenge
The challenge was to tell a large-scale project without reducing it to the mere representation of its spaces. MOMA had to convey a precise atmosphere: the relationship with the sea, the light, the landscape, the central square and the architectural rhythm of the two buildings. That is why we worked on visual communication able to reach the target directly, enhancing not only the complex's real-estate features, but above all the essence of the project and the lifestyle it intends to represent.
