The context
Residenze Vincenza is a residential project developed in Montesilvano, in the province of Pescara. The work started from an architectural restyling carried out on the basis of an existing, already-defined project, with the goal of transforming the building's image without touching the structure and staying within the pre-set design constraints.
Challenge & output.
Challenge
The challenge was to completely renew the perception of the project, working on the building's architectural identity and updating its aesthetic language in a more modern, contemporary key. Through a targeted intervention on the façades and the visual communication, the project was made more coherent with the current market and more attractive to the target of buyers.
