The context
Residenze Nausica is a residential project developed in Montesilvano, in the province of Pescara. The work started from a complete architectural restyling, carried out on the basis of an old, already-approved project, with the goal of transforming the building's image without touching the structure and staying within the constraints set by the building permit.
Challenge & output.
Challenge
The challenge was to completely rethink the project's architectural identity, keeping the structural elements unchanged and operating through a simple amendment to the building permit. The restyling made it possible to give the building a more modern style, coherent with the language of contemporary new residences and more competitive on the market. This transformation significantly increased buyers' interest and requests for the apartments.
