The context
Residenze Mirage is a residential project developed in Pescara for Silex Costruzioni. A highly visible development for the city, located in an area undergoing major urban redevelopment, in front of the marina and within an evolving context marked by new commercial activities and services.
Challenge & output.
Challenge
The challenge was to build 360° communication able to enhance a large-scale project and make it recognisable both to potential buyers and to the wider public. The work couldn't limit itself to the commercial promotion of the apartments, but had to help make the project known, along with its role in the new urban context and the value of the transformation under way in the area.
